超声引导下穿刺并硬化治疗单纯性肾囊肿60例体会

Clinical Experience of 60 cases with Simple Renal Cystsin Using Puncture and Sclerosis Therapy Under Ultrasonic Guidence

【摘要】目的：研究并分析超声引导下穿刺并硬化治疗单纯性肾囊肿的临床效果。方法：将我院2013年2月—2014年12月收治的60例单纯性肾囊肿患者纳入本研究。采用超声引导下穿刺并硬化治疗。结果：本组60例患者一次性进针成功，治疗后随访，患者囊肿消失或者明显缩小，对患者进行12个月的随访，随访结果显示，治愈、有效、无效例数分别为39例、18例、3例，治疗有效率为95.0%。本组患者术后囊液细胞学检查结果均为阴性，无患者感染，未出现出血、气胸、尿外渗问题，手术疼痛均可以耐受，不需要进行特殊处理。结论：对于单纯性肾囊肿患者，采用超声引导下穿刺并硬化治疗法，安全、简单、有效，值得推广。

【Abstract】Objective：To studyand analyze the clinical effect of puncture and sclerosis therapy underultrasonic guidence in treating simple renal cysts. Methods：Puncture and sclerosis therapy were performed in 60patients of simple renal cysts in our hospital. Results：The 60 patients were inserted needles and followed upfor 12 months, the follow-up indicated that the numbers of cured cases,effective cases and invalid cases were 39, 18 and 3 respectively, and thecurative rate was 95.0%. The results of cytological examination were allnegative, no complications such as infection, bleeding, pneumothorax andurinous extravasation were found, pain could be tolerated, and there were nospecial considerations. Conclusion：Forpatients with simple renal cysts，puncture and sclerosis therapy underultrasonic guidence is safe, simple and effective, which is worthy of promotionin clinical practice.
