慢性肺源性心脏病呼吸衰竭中医证候临床调查

【摘  要】目的：调查分析临床上常见的慢性肺源性心脏病呼吸衰竭中医证候。方法：选择2013年1月—2015年1月在我院进行治疗的327例慢性肺源性心脏病呼吸衰竭患者为研究对象，通过对病人的证候的临床调查，采用统计学方法（Logistic回归分析，聚类分析等）进行中医证候的统计分析。结果：经过聚类分析等结果表明，痰热壅肺型、痰湿壅肺型、肺肾气虚型、阳虚水泛证、气阴两虚证、血瘀证为该症的主要证型。结论：慢性肺源性心脏病呼吸衰竭的主要证型为痰热壅肺型、痰湿壅肺型、肺肾气虚证、阳虚水泛证、气阴两虚证、血瘀证等，通过临床调查该症的中医证候，可以为进一步的研究治疗提供依据。

【Abstract】Objective: To investigation clinical commonchronic pulmonary heart disease with respiratory failure. Methods: 327 cases ofrespiratory failure with chronic pulmonary heart disease were included in thestudy, by statistical methods (Logistic regression analysis cluster analysis,etc.) for TCM syndromes. Results: Cluster analysis results showed the TanreYongfei type, Tanshi Yongfei type, Feishen Qixu type, Yangxu Shuifan syndrome, QiyinLiangxu syndromes, Xueyu syndrome as the main TCM syndrome. Conclusion:The mainsyndromes of chronic pulmonary heart disease with respiratory failure is TanreYongfei type, Tanshi Yongfei type, Feishen Qixu type, Yangxu Shuifan syndrome,Qiyin Liangxu syndromes, Xueyu syndrome, etc.
