中医扶正法预防恶性肿瘤转移的免疫治疗机制

【摘  要】转移是恶性肿瘤治疗失败的主要原因之一，如何防治肿瘤转移一直是肿瘤治疗中的难点和热点。“正虚”是肿瘤发生发展的重要病机，现代医家在反复临床实践的基础上提出：“中医扶正法”防治恶性肿瘤复发转移的理论。大量临床研究证明“中医扶正法”不但能改善恶性肿瘤患者的生存质量、降低放疗、化疗的不良反应，更能联合化疗提高化疗疗效。其中提高机体的细胞免疫活性，是“中医扶正法”预防恶性肿瘤转移的可能作用机制。

【Abstract】Cancer metastasis is one of the main reasonsaccounting for treatment failure. How to prevent cancer metastasis is always a difficult job andhot topic. "Qi Deficiency"is the pathogenesis of tumor development.Now doctors propose a theory in the basis of clinical practice "StrenthingHealthy Energy" which can prevent cancer recurrence and metastasis.Numerous clinical trials have shown that "Strenthing HealthyEnergy"  can not only improve thequality of life of cancer patients, but reduce side effects of radiotherapy andchemotherapy, even emphasize the efficacy of chemotherapy. Increasing theactivity of cell-mediated immunity may be a mechanism of preventing cancermetastasis for "Strenthing Healthy Energy".
