裴正学教授治疗肝癌的临床经验拾萃

【摘  要】裴正学教授经50余年临床实践总结出“西医诊断，中医辨证，中药为主，西药为辅”中西医结合十六字方针诊治疾病的思维和模式，在内科领域内广泛应用。本文从肝癌的典型病案入手，从病因病机、辨证论治以及临床实践方面，通过裴老中医药抑制肿瘤复发和转移，扶正固本，改善临床症状，增强机体免疫力，提高生存质量，延长生存期，从而探讨裴老治疗肝癌的临床经验和学术思想。

【Abstract】The guideline “The integrative medicinesyndrome differentiation,TCM mainly used and western medicine supplemented by”for diseases diagnosis and treatment was summarized; Professor Pei’s AcademicIdeology and clinical experience on hepatic carcinoma benefited to etiology andpathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,and clinical experience through inhibittingtumor recurrence and metastasis could improve clinical symptoms,enhanceimmunity.
