超声引导下输卵管造影观察和护理

【摘  要】目的：分析超声引导下输卵管造影观察要点及整体护理效果。方法：选取多年不孕需超声引导下输卵管造影患者48例为研究对象，在患者知情同意下随机分为观察组和对照组各24例；观察组给予整体护理，对照组给予常规护理，比较两组检查成功率及患者满意度。结果：观察组检查完成率、护理满意度评分均明显高于对照组[（95.8% VS75.0%），（90.3±8.7）分VS（80.12±7.66）分）]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论：整体护理干预有助于提高超声引导下输卵管造影检查成功率，维系良好的护患关系。

【Abstract】Objective: To analyze nursing works of HSGand the overall care benefits under ultrasound guidance. Methods: 48 infertilitypatients took an ultrasound-guided HSG in the study, and were randomly dividedinto observation group and control group 24 cases each; holistic nursing weregiven in observation group, the control group received routine care. Results:The examination completion rate, care satisfaction scores were significantlyhigher [(95.83% VS 75.00%), (90.32 ± 8.65) VS (80.12 ± 7.66) points)], thedifference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: Nursingintervention can improve overall HSG examination success rate under ultrasoundguidance by maintain a good nurse-patient relationship.
