临床护士循证护理认知情况调查及原因分析

【摘  要】目的：了解本地区医院工作10年以下护士对循证护理的认知情况及存在的主要问题。方法：采用自行设计的问卷对225名护龄10年以下的护士进行问卷调查，了解护龄10年以下临床护理人员对循证护理的认知情况。结果：10年以下护士对循证护理的整体认知度较低，其中完全不知晓占调查人数的41.7%，听说过39.0%，非常熟悉10.0%，能运用循证方法解决护理工作中存在问题的仅有2.4%。结论：10年以下护理人员的循证护理认知度低，鲜有护理人员运用循证护理的方法解决临床护理问题，对护理人员循证护理相关知识知晓率低的原因进行分析，为临床护理人员开展继续教育和循证护理教育的方向及培训提供理论依据。

【Abstract】Objective: To understand the regionalhospital ten years following the nurse perceptions of evidence-based nursingand the main problems. Methods: 225 nurses with 10 years escort age accepted thequestionnaire survey by self-designed questionnaire in order to understand the clinicalnurses' knowledge of evidence-based nursing. Results: 10 years following thenurse to lower the overall recognition of evidence-based nursing, whichaccounted for 41.7% of investigation number is not known, completely heard of39%, 10% are very familiar with, can use evidence-based method to solve theproblems of nursing work is only 2.4%. The following ten years. Conclusion: Theevidence-based nursing recognition of nursing staff is low, few nurses clinicalnursing methods of applying evidence-based nursing to solve problems, tonursing staff evidence-based nursing knowledge low awareness of the original.
