复肝宝治疗乙型肝炎肝纤维化的临床研究

【摘  要】目的：探讨院内制剂复肝宝对慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的治疗作用。方法：将600例明确诊断的慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者，随机分为两组，研究组300例，对照组300例。对照组采用院内制剂复肝宝治疗，对照组口服复方鳖甲片治疗。疗程均为3个月，分别治疗2个疗程后统计对比临床疗效。结果：对照组在恢复肝功能、降低肝纤维化血清学指标、肝脏彩超等指标方面治疗前后的对比，均有统计学差异（P＜0.05），研究组均明显优于对照组。结论：复肝宝具有较好逆转慢性肝炎肝纤维化、恢复肝功能的作用，是治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化化疗的有效药物。

【Abstract】Objective: To study the hospitalpreparations after liver treasure effect on treatment of chronic hepatitis Bliver fibrosis. Methods: 600 patients with diagnosis of liver fibrosis inchronic hepatitis B patients were randomly divided into 2 groups: study groupand control group with 300 cases each. The Controlcontrol group were treated byhospital preparations after liver treasure, the observation group patients wereprovided oral compound turtle shell pieces of treatment. The treatment coursewas of 3 months,after respective two courses of treatment statisticallycontrast clinical curative effect were observed. Results: The patients in thecontrol group had better and statistically significant (P<0.05) results regarding restoring liver function, reducing theserological indexes of liver fibrosis and liver exceed indicators such as thecontrast of before and after the treatment. Conclusion: After liver treasurehas a good reversal of chronic hepatitis liver fibrosis, restores the role ofthe liver function and is the effective chemotherapy drugs treatment of chronichepatitis B liver fiber.
